THINGS I WANT TO ACHIEVE BEFORE GRADUATING

·   Reaching certain level of three foreign languages (Descriptions from IELTS scale)

o    English – “Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.”

o    Chinese – “Has generally effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandings. Can use and understand fairly complex language, particularly in familiar situations.”

o    Spanish – “Has partial command of the language, coping with overall meaning in most situations, though is likely to make many mistakes. Should be able to handle basic communication in own field.”

·   Being an Exchange student for one semester

·   Getting GPA above 4.0/4.5 and GMAT score 720 or equivalent

·   Publishing at least one baduk book in both English and korean

o    It might be Technical tutorial/Personal essay/Short stories or Novel

·   Understanding Korean – History, Arts, Movies, Literatures, Foods, Politics – in English

o    So that I can discuss or explain Korean culture to foreigners

·   Reading 100 books besides text books

o    Literature/Business/Philosophy/Essay/Contemporary etc

o    Must read list
